The center is now equipped with state-of-the-art facilities, a team of dedicated healthcare professionals, and a wide range of specialized services. Our commitment to excellence and the unwavering dedication of our staff and volunteers have significantly contributed to the center's success and reputation. We provide a variety services to our patients within the West End community and the surrounding area. Our goal is to remove barriers to care for individuals and families, and provide the highest standard of primary and specialty healthcare to all our patients. We do this by providing a “one stop shop” style of service delivery for the community.
Our community is diverse in its healthcare needs, we find that providing such a wide array of services makes it much easier on our patients, whether they come in for primary care needs, mental health services, case management or personal care service.

Charlotte Rescue Mission
We believe that professional counseling and therapy is necessary to help individuals to overcome the consequences of alcoholism and other drug addiction. We also recognize that alcoholism and other drug addictions are a “family illness” and believe that all of the members of the alcoholic’s family need to be a part of the recovery process by receiving specialized help.

Carolina Intergrative Counseling
About: CIC is a local Mecklenburg County mental health resource. They offer counseling both in person or over video with licensed professionals. If you rather attend counseling at a closer location; they can refer you to a closer counselor. They take most insurances and are working on obtaining Medcost. They are willing to work with you if finances are an issue as are Badge for a Badge. CIC will also help make resources more readily available for first responders and veterans.

Imperfect Pathways
About: Founder Jane Nady works with another nonprofit called the 10-42 project. She is well versed in her field and has grown her practice greatly over the past few years. She offers a free first visit to help ensure the correct resources are offered. They offer discounts for first responders and veterans. All can completed online and sessions are over video.
